When I recognise the ever-present principle of harmony in an everyday movement or matter, when I perceive its joy motion through life, its passion and vigour which can inspire so much beauty and affection, when everything is illuminated by its sheer presence - what else should I do but capture this luminous spirit in its movement, its playfulness, at its very core?

In one of his songs, Sting sings about how fragile we all are. I was wondering what happens when an order or system falls victim to a crisis. Seemingly without cause, everything can collapse suddenly: The stock market. States. Ideas. But while falling out may hurt, it is not fatal. Most systems are strong, and the basic elements will find a way to regroup themselves within a new rhythm. Falling down tries to tell this story: From stability to dissonance, to new equilibrium.
